Why? You ask? Because SATURDAY is LONG RUN day 🙂 And long runs make me feel invincible for the rest of the day. ha! Am I crazy, too? Most likely.
RUN: A little over 9.5 miles, with 10×100 strides thrown in.
EAT: I had a Starbuck’s Vivanno with an Espresso Shot right after my run (this came to almost $5, rip off, i know). Then I went home and had some Oatmeal with flaxseed, and berries.
And then I made the most delicious Chai Tea Latte with Green Tea Chai bags…
Had a sammy for lunch, made on the good ol’ foreman grill. Went to Sam’s Club for a little grocery shopping (nothing special, boo.) and had some samples there.
My favorite snack now, by far, is this:

Dannon All-natural Plain, Full-fat Yogurt (or your yogurt of choice)
1/4 C. Pumpkin
A little bit of Stevia
Chopped Dates (Two)
And my own add-ins of cereal: Kashi Heart-to-Heart Honey Toasted, and Ezekiel Original Cereal.
Yum Yum! Well I’m off to go enjoy my Saturday again… !
